Milky Cream

INGREDIENTS:

  • Milk 1 Lt;
  • 7 egg yolks;
  • 150g of sugar;
  • 5 soup spoons of flour;
  • 2 lemon peels;
  • 1 cinnamon stick;

 

HOW TO COOK:

In a dry pan mix the flour with the egg yolks. Add the sugar and mix everything. Add the milk slowly and keep mixing. Then put in the mixture the lemon peels and the cinnamon stick.

Once the stove is on (medium heat) keep mixing and stirring everything for approximately 10 minutes to get a thick liquid. If the liquid is thick after 10 minutes, turn off the stove and take the mixture off the pan and put it in a big plate. Take the lemon peels and the cinnamon stick off the mixture.

Once it has rested, the dessert is ready to serve. Put some cinnamon powder on the dessert so it gets tastier. You can eat it either cold or warm.
